• Confirmation is for youth who desire to take the journey toward becoming a faithful Christian and disciple of Christ. 
• Confirmation is also the journey toward being a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
• Youth in 8th grade, or 9th grade who have not been in Confirmation, are invited to participate. 
• Confirmation includes learning scripture, attending worship, serving the church and community, giving offering to the church, and witnessing to one's faith. 
• Confirmands choose a Christian mentor, who is a member of Bethany, to walk with them through this Confirmation journey.

Confirmation Sunday Information 

1. Family members, mentors, and the congregation are invited to come and support the Confirmands as they make promises to God. 
2. Confirmands will be introduced at the end of the 8:15 am service.
3. Pictures will be taken at 9:30 am in the sanctuary.  
4. Confirmation takes place at the 10:30 am worship service.
