What is the Talent Show?

 

The Sunday School is focusing on Jesus teachings through the parables of the talents.

The parable reminds us that we cannot keep our talents to ourselves. 

We are to share them, so we build God's kingdom. 

We use our talents as a testimony to what God has given us through the love of Jesus.

 

 

Who can participate?

 

Anyone who is involved in Bethany's ministry

is invited to participate in the talent show.

 

 

What talent do you have to share?

 

You can sing, play an instrument, dance, juggle, do magic tricks, tell a joke,

recite poetry, act, tell a favorite Bible story, share a transforming church memory,

or share any special talent God has given to you.

 

We are inviting everyone in the

church to come and share their talent with us.

 

 

Come to support

those who are sharing their talents!

 

This is a parent/grandparent day for Sunday School,

 students be sure to invite them to come and be amazed by all of our talented people.

Maybe you can get mom, dad, grandma or grandpa to perform a talent with you.

 

Even if you are unable to participate in the Talent Show,

we still want you to come and be a participant in our audience and enjoy the show.

This is a congregational event in the life of the church.
